Your Learning Style

I took this learning style self-evaluation quiz and figure out that I am a visual learn and a bit of a auditory leaner. I haven't tried to change my study habits since high school, when I was in high school I really didn't study much usually a day before. I always knew it wasn't such a great way to study for any test, and I still do it in college. Maybe that is why I am not doing so great in college need to change my study habits. Nothing has really worked for me it's more of what hasn't worked for me. The transition from high school to college is a big change especially since I am the first one in my family to go to college. I don't have any role models for college advice. I believe what I need to change is how I manage my time because I always end up procrastinating in all my classes. I know I am always wasting time either watching T.V., on the computer, hanging out with friends, and playing video games. Sometimes there is time for fun, but there is also time to be serious and do school work. I should start doing homework isolated by myself in the library more often, instead of doing it in my room with a lot of distractions. My learning style would be a visual learner and being in a place where it is quite.

Non-Muse Event

The None-Muse event I went to was actually in the University of Davis about a Fraternity and Sorority stepping and strolling competition. The potential Fraternity I might join was competing which is Sigma Lambda Beta. One of the members Joshua Brennan a sophomore in San Jose State University was the one who invited me and took me. It was a great experience meeting the Sigma Lambda Beta members form UCD. What sucks was that Joshua and I got there late and just missed when Sigma Lambda Beta where stepping and strolling.

Study Tip #2

A great study tip that I personal do is do a lot of practice problem specifically for a math or science class. I would always do practice problems for my math classes and science class. This will make me receive good grades; also see in which area I need more practice on. Remember practice makes perfect every time I do practice problem the subject I am learning is easier to understand.
